Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron (Sphero, Nodular) Gray Cast Iron and Spheroidal Graphite Cast iron's chemical components (except sulfur and manganese) are essentially identical to each other, with 0.04 - 0.07% Mg or Ce addition to the cast iron. This ensures that Spherical Graphite Cast Iron exhibits the closest mechanical properties to Steel Cast.
